About X-YES
Read the evidence correctly
Certificates must match the delivered machine.
The customer needs more than a badge. They need to know which legal entity, product family, directives, standards, dates and supporting technical file the document refers to.
The materials below come from the X-YES company archive. Current validity and applicability must be verified before public download or customer submission.
Certificate interpreter
Three evidence types answer three different questions.
They support supplier due diligence only when the buyer reads the scope, date, holder and project relevance—not just the logo.
ISO 9001:2015
Does the organization run an audited quality system?
It supports
Process control, documented responsibilities, internal review and corrective-action discipline within the certified scope.
It does not prove
That a specific lift meets its design load, throughput, safety or destination requirements.
Buyer action: verify holder, certified scope, dates and issuing body.
CE conformity material
Which machine and EMC requirements were referenced for the listed product scope?
It supports
Review of machinery risk assessment, electrical design and electromagnetic-compatibility expectations for the listed product and models.
It does not prove
Blanket coverage for every customization, integrated production line or destination condition.
Buyer action: match the delivered configuration, declaration and technical file.
Utility-model patents
Where has the company documented mechanism-level development work?
It supports
Evidence of technical work around transfer, protection, sensing, structure and lifting mechanisms.
It does not prove
Product conformity, current legal status or complete-machine performance.
Buyer action: use patents as engineering context, not acceptance evidence.
Organization-level system
ISO 9001:2015 · English archive copy
Lists Xinlilong Intelligent Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and the whole production process for material elevators. The supplied image is dated 11 May 2026–10 May 2029 and carries a red “sample” mark.
Same system · Chinese copy
ISO 9001:2015 · Chinese archive copy
The Chinese-language counterpart helps local verification of the holder, registered address, certified activity and dates. It is not a separate product certificate.
Listed product & model scope
Vertical Conveyor Lift · CE material
References Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU for CVC, RBCL, SCL, FPL and RL product types.
Do not publish the sample as a final customer certificate.
The current English ISO archive image visibly carries a “sample” watermark. Replace it with the approved final copy, then recheck holder, certified scope, dates, issuing body and destination relevance before the live website or a tender submission uses it.
ISO 9001 archive material
What the current management-system document says.
ISO 9001 is about how the organization manages and improves its processes. Product-level verification remains a separate project responsibility.

Utility model portfolio
Engineering for transfer, protection and machine safety.
The archive contains nine utility-model entries. The descriptions below explain the buyer-relevant engineering intent; they are not legal interpretations of claim scope. Patent status should be rechecked before publication.

Project compliance path
Compliance starts from engineering definition.
Each project begins with confirming:
- Product configuration
- Operating environment
- Safety requirements
- Documentation requirements
01
Destination & use
Confirm country or region, intended use, operating environment and customer specifications.
02
Final configuration
Freeze product type, load, guarding, access, controls, interfaces and supplied scope.
03
Applicable requirements
Identify directives, standards, local rules, site requirements and required document language.
04
Verification plan
Align design review, inspection, test, risk and technical-file activities with the final machine.
05
Handover package
Prepare the agreed declarations, manuals, drawings, records and supporting documents.
Responsibility must be explicit.
The machine manufacturer, line integrator, installer and site owner may each retain different responsibilities. The contract should define machine-level conformity, line integration, civil work, utilities, guarding interfaces, controls, site validation and final acceptance.
Compliance FAQ
Questions a document center should answer.

Applicable product families:
- Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC)
- Reciprocating Vertical Conveyor (RVC)
- Single Column Lift (SCL)
- Fork Platform Lift (FPL)
- Roller Lift (RL)
ISO 9001 relates to the organization’s quality management system within the certified scope. It is not a substitute for product-specific design verification, testing or conformity work.
They can be made available after publication approval and validity review. Sensitive or project-specific files may be supplied directly rather than published openly.
Patents document claimed technical solutions; they do not replace application engineering, product testing or project acceptance. They are best used as supporting evidence of development work.
Depending on contract and destination: technical specifications, drawings, operating instructions, electrical information, inspection/FAT records, declarations and other project-specific documents. The list should be agreed before design freeze.
The parties should agree this responsibility contractually. The buyer and local integrator usually provide destination and site requirements, while X-YES confirms how the supplied machine scope will address the agreed requirements.
