PROJECT BACKGROUND
The operating problem
The customer is an export-oriented snack manufacturer with high-volume overseas shipments. During peak seasons, the factory needs to load more than 10 × 40ft containers every day.
Before automation, products were transported manually from the warehouse to the loading area. This process required a large number of workers, resulting in high labor costs, low efficiency, and difficulties in managing peak-season production demands.
APPLICATION SOLUTION
How the system was configured
To optimize the loading process, X-YES Lifter provided a customized 18-meter continuous vertical conveyor system combined with a telescopic roller conveyor.
The system directly transports packaged snacks from the 4th-floor warehouse to the container loading area, creating a smooth connection between warehouse storage and shipment operations.
The flexible conveyor layout supports convenient installation adjustments, movement, and direction changes, allowing the system to adapt to the customer's loading environment.
After automation:
Manual handling workers were reduced from 20 people to only 2 people for palletizing
Products can be continuously transferred from warehouse to containers
The loading process becomes more stable and efficient
