PROJECT BACKGROUND

The operating problem

The customer required a vertical transportation solution to connect multiple production floors and enable efficient material transfer between different working areas.

Due to the complexity of the factory layout, the system needed to support multiple loading and unloading points across different floors, allowing materials to be transferred flexibly according to production requirements.

A conventional single-entry and single-exit lifting system could not meet the customer's logistics needs. Therefore, a customized fork type vertical lift system was selected.

APPLICATION SOLUTION

How the system was configured

X-YES Lifter provided a customized fork platform vertical lift designed for multi-floor logistics applications.

The system connects three different floors with multiple infeed and outfeed stations, allowing materials to enter and exit at different levels.

Multiple access points can operate simultaneously, improving transportation efficiency and supporting continuous material flow between production areas.

The fork platform structure provides:
