PROJECT BACKGROUND
The customer required an automated solution for transporting and storing wood panels during the heating process.
After installation, the entire lifting system would be enclosed and integrated into a heating oven. The equipment needed to withstand the operating environment while providing stable indexing movement and controlled product storage within a limited vertical space.
APPLICATION SOLUTION
X-YES Lifter designed a customized indexing storage vertical lift with an effective height of 5 meters.
The system transports wood panels vertically and stores them at multiple positions inside the enclosed heating chamber. By moving step by step, the equipment allows each product to remain in the heating zone for the required processing time before automatically transferring to the next position.
After installation, the entire system is enclosed inside the customer's heating oven, providing a compact and efficient solution that combines vertical transportation with process storage.
