PROJECT BACKGROUND
The operating problem
The customer required a heavy-duty vertical lifting system to connect different production floors while integrating with the existing conveyor layout.
Due to the factory layout, the material flow required a 90-degree change in direction between the infeed and outfeed. At the same time, the customer required a fully enclosed structure to improve operational safety and protect the equipment in an industrial production environment.
APPLICATION SOLUTION
How the system was configured
X-YES Lifter supplied 2 sets of customized four-column reciprocating vertical lifts designed for heavy-duty and continuous operation.
Each lift is equipped with a lifting transfer unit (vertical transfer module), enabling smooth transfer of products between the conveyor line and the lifting platform while changing the material flow direction by 90 degrees.
The equipment features a fully enclosed steel panel structure, providing excellent equipment protection, operational safety, and a clean industrial appearance.
The customized design allows the lifting system to integrate seamlessly with the customer's existing production line and conveyor system.
